Sinungaling na Digihell technicians.

  1. Nagreport ako sa hotline nila at binigyan ako ng fault/report number.

    Nagfollow-up ako sa problema at binigay ko yung fault/report number.... ang sabi ng CSR, CLOSED na raw yung report. Tinawagan raw ako ng technician nila at "CONFIRMED" ko daw na ok na yung problema.

    SINUNGALING na technicians! Walang tumawag sa akin at wala akong kinuconfirm! Ako lang ang gumagamit ng telepono ko.

    Hindi ito ang first time na nangyari ito. Ilang beses rin nangyari last year. Mukhang modus operandi na ng mga technicians (o kaya ng digihell mismo).

    Kung may mga reports kayo at na-close na hindi naman naayos yung problema, tanungin nyo yung CSR ang dahilan kung bakit naclose.

    Well, it could also be that mali yung info nung CSR... Halimbawa, ibang account naman yung na "tag" na closed, pero iba yung na-update na account...

    Personally visit their office (talk to their manager) nalang and have them receive your written complaint regarding the matter. Ayusin dapat ni Digitel yung internal systems niya.

    "Tinawagan raw ako ng technician nila at "CONFIRMED" ko daw na ok na yung problema. "

    Sinabi yung pangalan ko mismo doon sa report so no mistake there on whose account it was "tagged" to.

    What other details did the CSR give you? Like what time, date did they call, who they spoke to, who made the call out... etc. etc.?

    "raw/daw" is like saying "not 100% sure".

    Do my suggestion nalang and direct your ire to Digitel management itself.
     



  5. Binasa ng CSR yung nakalagay sa previous closed report. Pati yung date & time, sinabi nya. Sabi pati, nakausap ako ng technician.

    "raw/daw" kasi hindi ako mismo yung nagbabasa sa nakalagay sa report.

    On my previous problems, inaabot pa ng 3 months bago maayos kahit pa business office manager na mismo ang kausap ko.

    I'm posting the problem here para mainform ang ibang subscribers na merong ganitong problema na nangyayari.

    Do you have other ISP choices in your area? If yes, then it's probably time to talk with your wallet. Tell Digitel you are taking your business elsewhere unless they improve upon your experiences.
     



  7. Pending pa rin yung application ko for PLDT. Wala pa raw open na linya.

    That's too bad... Nothing you can do but continue to complain about and/or bear their services until you can get out.

    :(
     



  9. Yeah! Too bad, but until then, here's a free publicity on how crappy their service is.
