    kaya lang sa browsing ang bagal parang naka 512 kbps lang... pati sa downloading ng mga ordinary files, ang bagal rin (around 10 kbps). may paraan pa ba para mapabilis ang browsing nito?

    Hey Guy's Im a new Digitel Subs!last sept 5 lang ako Nakabitan 1mbps yung plan na kinuha ko yung dsl + phone bundle pero ang nakukuha ko lang na d.l speed is range from 75 to 85kbps then hindi ko rin maload ng maayos yung site ng speedtest.net laging may error kaya sa cnet ko nlng sya tnetest!normal b yun na hindi ko maload ng maayus yung site ng speedtest.net pero yung sa pingtest.net nman ok!tsk 3nights ko ng di maload ng maayus.
     






  3. hi I test the speed of my internet in many sites I got the best and accurate speed results from this site ip-details
    my results are
    download=1.04kbps
    upload=0.77kbps
    I dont know the reason why my speed seems to be slow many of them said that if Cable Internet services share bandwidth with satellite Internet access.
    If there are many subscribers using that same bandwidth, it can slow down the connection.
    kindly guide me how to solve this problem .

  5. Digihell is a scammer company... they will try to convince you to apply for a contract and they will do any thing to make a squeeze money out of you. That happaned to me, they will even bring
    the branch manager just to convince you but in the end they will never answer your call after the deal.
    After the connection done, 2 weeks no internet connection and on the third week the connection sucks and they will deliberately "CAPPED" your bandwidth during peak time.

    3 mbps will be "CAPPED" to 5kbps during the afternoon especially 5pm onwards and will resume midnight. The head technician told me about this and even digitel join forces with pldt, dont expect that their services will be better, their facilities is still the old lame and china made cheapo.

    Last month I warned my neighbor about digihell's sick services and still don't believe me...now...they are reaping the same problem I have; this is after 3 months of said pldt-digihell convergence. Improvement? maybe in the far future...still the management still the same; the facilities is still the same and what do we expect of the service? Right- STILL Sucking Same! Any attempt to make business with digihell will produce big time trouble in your life. Good luck!

  9. Hi! Gusto ko lng po magvent out ng sakit ng ulo na binibigay sa akin ng Digitel/Digihell. Dito po ako sa Baguio.

    2009 nagsubscribe ako sa kanila. Then the following year, lumipat kami ng residence so kelangan ko ipalipat din yung connection ko so nagpunta ako sa office nila to request for the transfer. Inadvice nila ako na may unpaid balances (daw) ako so para malinis, binayaran ko na. Ang mali ko, binayaran ko kahit hindi malinaw yung details na binigay nila sa akin regarding the unpaid balances. Ang sabi nung supervisor nila, ipapaayos (daw) nya yung account ko sa taong gumawa nito. Nagtiwala na lng ako dahil supervisor(or i guess manager) sya.

    So dinisconnect nila yung line sa old residence then sabi ipaprocess nila yung transfer sa new residence. We waited. In a span of 3 months, 2x ako nagfollow up pero hindi nagawa. Then due to problems sa nilipatan namin, we decided to move again. So I visited digihell office to inform them na wala na kami dun sa (second) residence and instead to process the transfer dun sa new(third) address. Oo daw, ipaprocess daw. Months passed, walang nangyaring transfer. So sabi ko wag na lng nilang gawin dahil di na ako mgpapakabit.

    After a few months, may dumating na collection notice. May unpaid balances daw ako sa kanila. I went to their office, showed them the notice, pero wala silang masabing maayos na explanation about it. Aayusin na lng daw nila. Tanong ko sa manager ulit, kelan ako babalik to make sure na naayos na? Ang sagot sa akin, "pag naayos na po eh wala na kayong marerecieve na collection notice." Ang bobo! Naulit yung collection notice na yun after a few months pero ganun pa din, wala pa rin nangyari. Now, just today, natanggap ko ang final demand stating na pag di ko raw binayaran yung more then 3k na balance eh mapipilitan silang magfile ng complaint against me. Halos maiyak ako sa sama ng loob sa kanila. Di nila ako mabigyan ng maayos na explanatin kung anong nangyari sa account ko tapos sasabihan ako na idedemanda ako. Babayaran ko ang 3k para matapos na pero gusto ko ng malinis na detalye kng paano ako nagkaroon ng ganun.

    Di ko alam kung ano ang gagawin ko. Any insights po that might help? Thank you!

  10. Panghawakan mo ung mga documents na nag request ka ng transfer request alam ko may form yan. Lahat ng bills na paid dapat kumpleto ka at nakatabi. Kung may request ka naman na nakapag-file ka for transfer at still hawak mo may laban ka dyan. Kung kakasuhan ka naman may ebidensya ka naman, bakit mo naman babayaran ang serbisyo na di mo naman nagamit at may request ka naman ng transfer. Ang alam ko kasi ibang department ang billing nila kaya kung di ka tumawag sa hotline para i-verify ang service mo di yan mapuputol sa billing at patuloy na padadalhan ng billing. Try mo rin i-verify under sa contract mo kung ano ang status ng serbisyo nila ng under transfer status bka di sa iyo na inexplain regarding sa contract mo.
