tingin nio papayag ung store?
kase ung pinsan ko papasama saken this week sa gilmore kase papapalitan nya daw ung motherboard...
remember date na nagpost ako dito and i ask pag 1 long beep ba e ram ung sira or ung slt mismo...
kase nung ako tumingen e hindi ko ma testing kase wala akong extra ram para matest ko sa PC nya..tas pinatingin nya ren kakilala nya daw na tech ng PC..tapos sabe sira daw ung motherboard,,naghahang daw,,,ewan ko ayon daw ang sabe e..
ang problema e...
1.gano ba katagal usually ung waranty ng mga MOBO?
2. papayag kaya ung store na papalitan ung MOBO kahit nawala na ung resibo?..sabe daw kase nung tumingin na tech daw e may record nmn daw sa store un na pinagbilhan...

1. Sa PC express One year ang Warranty
2. Malabo yan dude, kasi unang hahanapin Resibo.
Last Week Ganyan ginawa ko, nag ka problem PC ng sister in law ko, binalik namin sa PC express, una hinanap resibo, at incase daw na may hardware na sira, akala mo ba instant papalitan yun, nope, kukunin nila sa iyo yung damaged na piyesa at papadala pa nila sa factory, it will take atleast a week.

yup... it took one week din sa akin ng me pinapalitan ako piyesa... after a week tumawag sila sa akin pinapupunta na ako, then pagdating ko dun brand new na yung binigay sa akin... hehe...
kung wala resibo mahirap maghanap sa records... unless computerized record nila madali na yun... depende rin siguro sa store yan...
subukan mo rin... It’s Better to Try and Fail Than to Have Never Tried At All... hehe...

edi waste of time lang pag pumunta kame dun tas walang resibo?..hindi ba nila pede tignan sa record nila...

@bhovoi,
depende nalang yan sa makakaharap mo na tao kung may considerasyon o a_shole, pero dapat talaga may hawak ka resibo. Its not neccesarily "waste of time",Tama si dyowel, atleast sinubukan mo, try mo dalin dun...good luck.
