any new subsriber of smartbro will have the 10.xxx.xxx canopy address
the most safer way to know your canopy IP is:
1.) go to network connections in the control panel
2.) right click on the local area network
3.) highlight Internet Protocol and click on properties
4.) set to Use the Following IP address
5.) set the IP Address to "10.20.30.40"
6.) set the Subnet to "255.0.0.0"
7.) leave the gateway blank
8.) leave the DNS blank
9.) apply the changes
10.) then go to command prompt
11.) type in the command prompt c:\arp -a
12.) it will show several IP address
e.g.
the example above it shows that my canopy IP address is the 10.245.180.126

sa akin nag work,thats why i wasable to configure my canopy which was set at 256 kbps! set it at 500,as master d advised. thanks duhwho....

Bakit ako? Nag-work. Lumabas ang Canopy Address.
Pero nung bubuksan ko sa browser, ayaw makapasok sa canopy page ko.
Any help?

make sure you get 5 and 6.....

Ngek! Inulit mo lang yung sinabi ni master, hehehe.
Nagawa ko na siya. Nakuha ko na yung address ng canopy ko.
Ang tanong ko, di ba isusulat mo yung values na nakuha mo sa browser (e.g. firefox) para makapasok ka sa canopy page mo? Bakit ako hindi pa rin makapasok?

oo nga kay master nga yan,just highlighted 5 and 6, pag nagawa mo na yun,you should be able to access your canopy by typing...http://10.etc....

Hahahaha.
Akala ko na-gets mo na yung sinabi ko, hindi pa rin pala.
Na-follow ko na yung directions. Ang dali namang sundin. I was able to get my canopy address using that direction.
Now gusto ko ngayon buksan yung canopy page ko. So di ba, to go to your canopy page, you have to enter the 10.xx.xx.xx sa browser. Sinulat ko yung 10.xx.xx.xx sa browser. But still, nothing happens. Walang lumalabas sa browser na canopy page. Yun ang ibig kong sabihin.
Ano ngayong gagawin ko so that I could enter my canopy page and configure it manually? Ng sa gayon eh makita ko kung ang canopy ko eh nasa 256 din gaya ng nangyari sa'yo at mapalitan ko to 500 or whatever.
Gets na po?
