hello and good day... lahat ba ng digitel subscribers ay nakakaranas ng hirap sa pag download during peak hours??? kahit sa attachment ng yahoo. ay parang na blocked or uncomplete sa downloading? btw, im using firefox browser at IDM. may paraan ba para ma maintain ang max speed sa peak hours? kainis ang ganito laging limitado sa peak hours...

^^Unfortunately, and as usual with Digitel, there is no way you can get around their bandwidth management (or poor infra)... except maybe get a different ISP.

@ josekym thanx sa comment about this problem... kung meron akong other choice other than Digitel matagal na ako kumalas na sa kanila... meron din wireless ISP dito Smart and Globe... but they are not good for chatting on skype... so DSL line is a must...

DIGITEL is a joke!! I am really pissed right now!!!

By "cannot download" you mean "not at the speed you expect"?
But is your skype OK at the same time?

what i mean that i "cannot download" is a file or anything. even attachments on yahoo... i think its blocked during peak hours... but when i reach off-peak hours i can download anything... about skype well it works ok sometimes... just have to recall the person i have to talk to then it grabs a good connection...
