  1. We are urgently hiring for a Level 1 IT/Network Admin/Tech Support/NOC Engineers.

    Job Objective / Mission:

    To provide first and second level support on all VoIP products and services. To configure, monitor and manage the routing of VoIP Terminations. To ensure maximum service availability to customers by providing efficient operations and maintenance support.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform monitoring 24/7, respond to call termination issues‐reported and customer‐reported problems and manage problem resolution (using Trouble‐Tickets). Take ownership to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to expedite problem resolution.

    • Perform general “system administration” tasks.
    • Perform documented network configuration procedures.
    • Through pro‐active and systematic review, discover problem areas which could negatively impact system performance or customer satisfaction.
    • Provide scheduled and on‐demand traffic analysis reports(CDR).
    • Monitor key suppliers service levels and highlight where Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not being met.

    Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

    • Male/Female.
    • Degree of IT Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications.
    • 6 months – 1 year experience administering/supporting LAN/WAN environments.
    • 6 months – 1 year experience in NOC, network help desk, or relevant customer service skills.
    • 6 months – 1 year experience with Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 and Active Directory.
    • At least 1 year working experience supporting Windows XP, Vista and 7
    • Confident in MS office applications (particularly Excel).
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server
    • Working knowledge of VMware VSphere 4.0 and above.
    • Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
    • Demonstrable Linux/Unix systems administration experience.
    • Technically astute problem solver; sees things through to completion.
    • Self‐motivated and capable of working in a cross‐functional team.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, good telephone manner.
    • Takes the initiative to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Ability to build quality working relationships with customers.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and projects in‐line with business requirements.
    • Computer Literate.
    • Interested candidates must be able to work on a 24/7 shift rota (12 hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off).

    Remote working requirements:
    Computer and stable ISP.
