Give more details on what the "instability" is, and how you test for it.

  3. My internet connection is disconnected and then after a minute it is connected again.

I always disconnected from internet browser and online games,my OS is windows7 so i try trouble shoot problem and the diagnose is local ip address is not fixed.

I ask my neighbor if he has the same problem but he said his net is ok & never been disconnected,we have the same plan pldt 1mbps.

What model is your modem? Can you observe the LED indicators of your PLDT modem, if which among them blink or change color when you get "disconnected", and which ones blink or change color while you are "connected" normally (i.e. can browse the web).

Is your PLDT modem directly connected to your PC?
