According to PAGASA weather Adisory Issued at 5:00 p.m., 15 July 2011, the Low Pressure Area East of Southern Luzon has developed into a Tropical Depression and was named "HANNA". At 2:00 p.m. "HANNA" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 850 km East of Virac Catanduanes (14.0°N, 133.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph. It is forecast to move Northeast at 24 kph.
