parang mali yata ang forecast ng JTWC... this latest satellite image (June 19, 2011) indicates that "Egay" is within Northern Luzon and bringing rains to the area...

June 23 update, according to PAGASA:
Signal No. 1 (45-60 kph winds)
Albay, Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Isabela, Cagayan, Calayan, Group of Is.Babuyan Group of Is., Batanes Group of Is.

Here's the latest satellite image of the southwest monsoon (habagat) that is causing the rains in MM and all over Luzon areas... dated June 25, 2011.

... there is no new tropical cyclone formation according to JTWC.
