I'm a longtime (mostly satisfied) user of GreenDot pero very recently nag-deteriorate sila. Here are the signs (my experience): 1) For the whole month of February, downtime of ave. 1 day each week, 2) Their main customer service number 6655555 is "no longer in service" (try calling it yourself)---since January 2008 3) The PT&T Trunkline 6982222 just keeps on ringing. 4) Clincher: The PT&T outlet at Robinsons mall is no longer accepting Greendot Payments effective 3rd week February 2008. This follows the closure of PT&T's standalone office along Marcos Highway a year or 2 years ago. For the past 3 days (February 26 to 28) there is no DSL connection (the modem's LINK indicator is blinking, which means no signal from the DSL line). This is the longest time they've gone offline since the Taiwan earthquake. Take note I am never late with my payments. We can't get any official explanation or word from the ISP simply because we cant' contact them. Anyone from Greendot here? (or does anybody here know anyone from Greendot?) any feedback will be most highly appreciated.
