BTW, posting tayo sa wrong section. The "Suggestions/Problems/Bugs" section is for the PDSL website. Ipalipat mo nalang ito sa mga mods.

In your case, I'd suggest you document your problem and file a formal complaint at your ISP. Dapat kung mag-test ka, isang PC lang ang naka-kabit ng diretso sa modem mo. Kung ganun palang ay evident na ang problem mo, then so much the better for your complaint.

Dapat, mas mahusay nga yung performance ng 3Mbps mo, since pareho naman na Dynamic IP sila nung dati mong connection. Yung lag na galing sa simultaneous use is natural, since nagagamit niyo nga yung pipeline. Malamang, hindi talaga 1Mbps yung dati mong connection, or lesser din ang usage demand niyo noon.

Kaya hindi pinalitan yung modem and cable is probably because sa login account mo mapapalitan yung bandwidth mo. Masisilip mo ba yung ADSL line stats ng modem mo?

Mukhang ok naman yung DSL line stats mo, but your actual downstream rate (3072Kbps) will only give you 2.5-2.65Mbps max if you are on a 3Mbps plan. This is normal due to TCP overhead.

As a test, maybe you can try using g.DMT modulation on your modem and see if there is a difference in performance.

^^Kung ganoon, then probably elsewhere ang problem, and not in your modem.

Best advice is to file a formal complaint with your ISP and demand a fix/solution. I-document mo yung problem as you test it, para may data ka.
