PLDT system down to register customer requests

  1. Today i called 171 to ask for rebate on PLDT bill (due to MYDSL unavailabilities).

    However .... the PLDT lady told me that their system is down so they can not even register the customer requests..... Shame on PLDT, they dont even have a stable system ???
