I already upgraded my DSL to Fibr, first i was able to access the setup page of the router but recently it's not accessible anymore. I suppose to reset the router back to default settings but I dont have the settings for PLDT Fibr. Customer Service and Technical Support really sucks, no cust service and tech skills. One thing that Customer (like me) want to maximize the capabilities of the Modem/Router, example I'm forwarding, triggering ports, hosting website but we can't. Second, if they offer to use a 3rd party router then I'll be double-NATed which doesn't work. Could we file complaint through NTC about the poor service? Thank you.
