IMPORTANT POLICIES
* PinoyDSL.Net take the "Be Polite" rule very seriously! PinoyDSL.Net do not tolerate any rudeness.
* Foul language, racism are not allowed in the forum.
* Attack against a person is not allowed (ex. you are an idiot)
* If you feel you have been abused/harassed/treated badly by anyone (including staff/moderators) Please see instructions on how to report below.

Abusive staff/moderator
*If you think a staff/moderator is abusive,

and i will personally take an action.

ARGUMENTS
*Since this is a technical forum, arguing is normal BUT it must be in a constructive way.
Do not attack a person!, If you think the member post a wrong info you can say it in a nice way not to offend the poster.

Example:

POSTER: CIR means Committed Information Ratio

BAD REPLY: your idiot! thats not the meaning of CIR.
its Commited Information Rate.

GOOD REPLY: bro, no offense to you
the meaning of CIR is Commited Information Rate.

Abusive member
*If you think a member is abusive, Please do click the REPORT link in the offenders post so that moderators/staff will be alerted and take action.

GENERAL POLICIES
* If you SPAM in any manner, your account will be disabled.
* Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them.
* If you gleaned information from anywhere other than the advertising forums and use that to contact someone and present an offer, it's SPAM.
* You may not post commission, referral or affiliate links anywhere on the forum.
* You may not link to sites whose main income is derived from affiliate or referral links.
* Do not post any website links/address anywhere on the site publicly or privately that will compete with PinoyDSL.Net directly or indirectly.
* Cross-Posting is not allowed here. Cross-posting refers to posting new duplicate threads or posts, or the linking to
threads or posts already started by the poster with the intention of gaining exposure.
* You may not solicit any external source to post on this forum regarding your company, services, or products; or
any company, services, or products you are or may be associated with.
* You may not post on behalf of any banned member in any public manner. This includes all forums, private messages,
signatures, and e-mail features.
*Please avoid text /jejemon lingo when posting in the forum.

STRICLY NO PORNO/VIOLENT PICTURES POLICY.
Any member found violating the said policy will be banned outright.
If you found anyone, please click the REPORT link found in the offending post.


Post Owner
* Author of the post / First Poster / Thread Starter (TS) owns the thread, TS has the right to the thread.
* Anyone who post to TS own thread and TS feels that the post is unacceptable, The TS will inform the offending member not to post such things again.
* If the offending member still persist, The TS can complain to the moderator or admin about the said unacceptable post.
* The moderator/admin will inform the offending member not to do it again and edit his post.
(please respect the post of the TS). However the moderator/admin has the right and full control to the TS post.
* Discussions related/not related to the TS title is allowed as long as the TS allows it.

Comment Post for a product
* If the Thread Starter post is a comment post/negative post/ positive post/ complain post/ feedback post/ praises post/ discontentment post about a certain product,
PinoyDSL.Net allows this kinds of post. However, Please be civil and mature enough
to air your comments positive or negative it may be.
* A simple rule in "be civil" is "Constructive Criticism"

Closing of thread for negative/positive threads
* Any threads can be closed as requested by the Thread Starter (TS)
* But members have also a power to request closing of the TS thread.
* A minimum of 20 (twenty) members(see requirements below) will just post "requesting to close this thread".
* Members must have 50+ posts AND a member of PinoyDSL.Net for more than 3months can request for closure of the a thread.
* Members who do not satisfy the said requirements will not be counted.

Other info
PinoyDSL.Net RULES are unique and created specifically to PinoyDSL.Net.
PinoyDSL.Net will respect all members whether they are newbie,guru.

Concerns or problems or policy violation of members or moderators
[*] if you feel harrased or abused by any member or moderator, Please report it to me via email.
Without it I cannot take a necessary action.
[*] Also please use the REPORT link (on the offenders post) to report any violation to postings.
