Need Advise with my Issue

  1. My issue started last July 29 kung saan nasira ung Canopy ko ng smartbro nabagsakan ng sanga ng niyog and totally nasira siya up pero hindi nadurog malala pinasok ng tubig. After troubleshooting sabi Canopy ko na daw issue and the earliest time they can visit me is Aug 23, 2012 which is unacceptable almost 3 weeks walang internet yun!! And naapektuhan ung work ko lalo na ngayon bumabagyo required kame mg work from home :(

    Tama ba na mg file ako against Smartbro? let say incompetent service kasi reason nila lague wala daw available na contractor ehhh ang laki ng Smart hindi nila mahanapan maski 1 or ilan para ivisit place ko at panu kung madame kame sa lugar?

    Sorry naiinis lng talaga ako.. anu po kaya magandang gawain sa Smart? btw since 2007 pa nila ako customer.. Thanks po!

    Just be persistent in complaining to them para maayos asap iyan. Siguro, may "Force Majeure" clause ang contract mo na pinirmahan, kaya filing a case against them at that condition may not be your best option right now.
