MyDestiny Cable Internet Tech Support sucks bigtime

  1. I hate MyDestiny's Tech Sup! Grabe, I waited for like 10 mins each on calls made one after the other. And take note, midnight ako tumawag! Naputol ba naman line ko.

    May popcorn/grainy signals muna bago maputol pero ganun narin dati sila e.

    I have no complains about the service until now. Kasi nagloko lang signal namin pero it was very unusual kasi twice palang nangyayari ito sa akin of course aside dun sa Taiwan Quake which was excusable...

    BTW: I live here in Vito Cruz Manila near DLSU-CSB-Angelo King. Ok naman speed ko. nasa 2.1 MB!

    Yung Teck Sup lang talaga nila ang olats! Tapos when I called up the very next morning, aminado mga CSRs nila na palagi nga daw ganun.

    TIP: When calling Billing/TSR during daytime, connect muna kayo sa SALES Dept. nila. As in, wala pang 3 rings may sasagot. Pa-transfer nalang kayo, then when the sales dept. person asks, tell them upfornt na wala kasing sumasagot EVER!

    Mas madali pang mag-sign-up ng new subs pero olats naman subs support nila! grrrr...

    What can you say abt MyDestiny.

    For me:

    Speed = 100% :D

    Service = 90% :?

    Customer Svc = 50% :cry:

    Monthly Bills = 50% :cry: (palaging late dumadating pero considerate sila)
    Charges on bill = 100% (never fails me, minsan nga 800++ lang charge nila sa akin... I don't remember naman complaining about a rebate!)

    Tech Support = 0%, FAILED!!! :evil:

    Value for money = 95% :roll:

    Overall Satisfaction Rate = 75% :eek:

    I am currently subscribed at Unlimited Plan 999/mo. for speeds upto 2MB

    My Location: Vito Cruz, Manila

    Very polite naman yung CSR nila na inexplain sa akin since nasa 8th month na ako ng contract. Sabi nya na I can get a refund of the P2000 modem deposit or I can have it as rebate in my next 4 monthly bills. Which means I get to pay them only P499/mo for the next 6 months.

    Overall, I just hope they completely re-invent their Tech Sup.

    Yun lang naman eh. Pero nasa location din siguro yun. Siguro blessed lang ako kasi konti subscribers ng MyDestiny sa area namin.

    Tapos pag wala pang signal ang olats na SkyCable, pwede rin ang Destiny kasi may Cable TV Signal ang cable line. Baka lang mahuli.

    Good for sharing yung speed nila, pwede rin i-share cable tv signal... hehehe... Utakan nalang, dun nalang bumawi...
