Ito yung number na tinatawagan namin pag may problema sa office namin 2493663. Aks nila yng kung kaninong account sya nakapangalan then bigyan ka ng trouble ticket or reference no. swerte mo, sa (cainta) rizal halos lahat may problem talaga dito yung nag "UPGRADE" di nila inaasikaso (dami na nga i-cafe shop nagsara - read some thread) kasi nga nasa billing na nila.
pag 1st line subscriber ka mabilis action... asikasong asikaso. naalala ko pa noon nag-apply ako almost the whole month kinukumusta ako ng tech kahit walang problem, ngayon more than a month na yung complaint ko ni isang tawag wala kahit pa sabihin ng csr nila na i-note na i-callback ako wala... malamang wala pang nakukuhang contractor... :shock:

I guess to make their service competitive enough (for some areas), ginagaya nila PLDT. With PLDT's plan 999, it's 384kbps BUT it can bursts of 1MBPS, tama ba?

Try niyo po ito baka makatulong nabasa ko sa isang forum ganyan ginawa nila at yung result ok daw:

1. state kung ilang years na kayong "loyal" subscriber ng ___ (ISP), yeap.. explicitly state yung word na "loyal"

2. tapos, i-attach nyo ung screenshots links (yeap, yung links lang, para hindi loaded ang email nyo sa kanila, photobucket will do)

3. then compared your amount being paid against dun sa plan nung iba paying same amount as yours.

4. then, explicitly state also na .. "meron bang double-standard ang ___(ISP)?" and state na "i believe this double standard thing in anyway is illegal"

5. then, attach nyo ung screenshot links ulit ng mga slowdowns nyo.

6. i copy/paste nyo na rin ang jots nyo with their CSR's, para wala na silang masabing.. "sino nagsabi sayo nyan..."

7. then leave them question to answer.

8. tagalogin nyo complaint nyo, para lalong maintindihan yung gusto nyong sabihin sa kanila.
