    ***tanong ko lang kung anong diameter ng nose trill ung kailangan gamitin ung 1cm or ung .5cm na butas ng nose trill and anong tamang setting ng heat and air dun kasi ung gamit ko 4 na air 3 na heat 3mins na di pa din tunaw ung lead ehso i make it 4.5-5 air and 4 heat mga 10-20sec bago matunaw

    always remember when using hot-air
    high heat, low air pressure = good for very small smd, it avoids blasting the components from the board.
    low heat, high air pressure = good for bigger smd.
    high heat, high air pressure = good for bigger smd with thick solder lead
    low heat, low air pressure = good for a very very small smd. - it prevents from blowing the components and damaging it due to over temp

    bat pala tumatalsik ung soldering paste and may parang cracking ung hinahot air ko ung pinagprapractisan kong VC pero ung ibang VC walang ganung tunog nag preheat naman ako
    tapos ung isa parang may ball of lead na nagform and mahihiwalay sa joint tuwing hinahot air ko sya nilagyan ko ng soldering paste kasi madumi ung mga joints

    depende sa dami ng soldering flux/paste, if the board has a lot of it, it tends to be blown away by the air, the crackling sound you are hearing is the sound of the component being disconnected from the pad. usually you will hear it if the heat is not enough to melt the leads and the pressure of the component pin from disengaging from the pads.

    a ball of lead is a sign that the pads are dirty and the lead won't stick to the pads.

    before you use the hot-air to solder or de-solder component, ALWAYS clean the board with alcohol to remove all dust and oil, you must also make sure that your hands/finger are oil free if you were to touch the board or the components. - that is to prevent the "ball"

    kuha ko na ung setting air4 heat4 4sec para matunaw ung lead pede din air3 heat 4 10sec natunaw ung lead ayon sa experiment ko :)

    @sir primus TY sir sabi na nga eh mali ung turo samin dati sabi wag daw dapat mataas ung air sa heat un lang ung binigay sa instruction.

    ano po ba dapat na setting sa GPU ng video card and sa north bridge di ko sya mareflow walang sign na gumalaw ng konti solid rock pa din ung pagkakadikit. natry ko na ung 4.5 air and 4.5 heat inaalala ko kasi baka matanggal ung mga parts na katabi pagtinaasan ko pa ung air

    sulit itong aeolus 850, nakabili rin ako nyan just recently. i tried to revive 3 pcs of my 7300GT na nag ssnow/flaky graphics. pinadaanan ko lang nito, ok na ulit. akala ko basura na sila. sayang iyong mga memory card kong iba, kasi pinagtatapon ko. baka kaya pa rin nito yun. 1,450 lang kuha ko(tinawaran ko).

    @sir mossy tumaas daw kasi kuha nila eh sa ibang item ako pinatawad.
    no luck sa video card and mobo eh. sa memory mejo naka 7 na ko ddr and sdram hehe
    ano sir ung nereflow nyo dun sa video card nyo i try to reflow ung ram no luck reflow ung lahat no luck pa din and reflow ung gpu no luck pa din

    @rhoelcruz, actually mga 5-8 seconds lang ang pinadaanan ko ung "crevice in between the board at memory ICs. sandali lang, tapos mga 2 times lang in left-right direction. inisprayan ko lang iyong paligid ng memory ICs. then last na pinadaanan ko ay ung main chip ng nvidia. 5-6 sa temp then 4-5 sa air. tinaggal ko na yung mga paper sticker kasi umaapoy pa minsan kapag nadaanan.

    @sir mossy 10 sec sakin 4 air 4 heat 4sec natutunaw ung lead 10sec ko pinapainitan.no luck. kaya ung chipset hininangan ko 10sec no effect even ung pagkulo ng flux wala masyado. try ko sa iba ko pang video card sana mapagana ko na sayang ung 128 na vc ko hehe last 1 na 128 na lang natitira hehe. 3vc na yata napaglalaruan ko no luck
    ung sa memory ko ok sakin ung 4air 4 heat 10 sec solder sa 7 pcs 1 lang ung ayaw gumana na test ko na din ng memtest 9 pass no error hehe

    @sir athenaxds di ko po alam ung nasa injection(30 pesos) ung buy ko eh and ung sa deeco soldering flux na nasa lata ung tag75 pesos na binili ko

    sa mobo san ba makikita ung build in na video card na chip sa P4 sa north bridge ba(pinaglalaruan ko din di nakuha sa recap eh)
     



  17. sir ask ko lang po ,ay hot air din po ako ...kaso..... nagmalfunction po yung sa air.pagkabukas na pagkabukas po...may init naman siya...kaso..... wala pong hangin na lumalabas.... saan po kayang parte ang naging sira?
