Having problems with your PinoyDSL account? Read this...

    Your PinoyDSL account will be deleted if:



    - it is not activated
    - it looks like it is created by spambots
    - accounts which have non-existing email address



    A valid email account is needed so you can activate your PinoyDSL account...

    PinoyDSL also sends email notification from time to time so be sure that you are using an active email address because if it bounced back a few times, your account will be deleted...

    If your account is deleted, you will need to re-register and you can use your old username if you want...

    If you are having problems with your account, do not hesitate to contact us for help...

    ^^kahapon po nung ivisit ko pdsl a messege shows - "this account has been suspended" bakit po kaya? ngayon lang ako nakapasok (11:00am)....TIA

    Thank God PDSL is back ka ko its gone for real.

    napa post nga ako bigla sa tipid pc kung talagang suspended ang pdsl.
    akala ko account ko lang ang suspended e. phew

    Sunday 5pm na suspend ang PDSL bakit kaya? magrereply sana ako dun sa UNLOCKER eh pag refresh ko, boom account suspended na daw. hanggang kahapon. hehehehe. anu kaya ang nangyari? kala ko matutulad ito dun s PINOYSPY eh.

    SUBJECT: PLDT BILLING PAYMENTS MACHINE AMOUNT DISCREPANCY

    Nagbayad ako ng PLDT Bill ko last July 1st amounting to 1979.96 PHP through the Billing machines located on any PLDT Business centers. Nagpay ako sa Antipolo Branch - Y62 with envelope number of 6417.

    Ngaun, nagulat ako bakit ang nagregister sa kanila is 1,500 PHP lang while nagpay ako 2,000.00. Tumawag ako sa 171 at nirefer nila ako na pumunta sa RCD Bldg para magbigay ng complaint. Pano kaya recourse dito kasi WALANG CCTV SA MGA BUSINESS MACHINES LOCATIONS, TRANSACTION RECEIPT lang ang hawak ko amounting to 2,000.00. Ang evidence and proof lang na nagbayad ako is ung transaction receipt.

    Please advise po.

    there is another section for pldt and you can discuss it there. but since nakita ko ito. i'll answer it na lang and pa move na lang tong post.

    you don't have to worry since you have your transaction receipt. kahit san ilaban yan panalo ka. then para makabawi ka naman. mag kontra demanda ka. danyos kasi yan tsaka hassle. wag ka magalala basta't hawak mo ang receipt wala kang aalalahaning iba pa :)))
