Completely remove the old client, and then download and install the latest GArena client. Enable UPnP support on it as well as define port 1513 TCP & UDP for use.

On your router, forward port 1513 (TCP & UDP) to the local IP address of the PC with the GArena client. If your router supports UPnP/UPnP Port Forwarding feature, then enable it as well.

should i choose for protocol UDP and TCP 1 by 1 or i just choose both? like this:
Service Name | Port Range | Local IP | Local Port | Protocol | Protocol No

    Garena 1513 192.168.1.5 1513 UDP
    Garena 1513 192.168.1.5 1513 TCP

    or

    Garena 1513 192.168.1.5 1513 BOTH

how about protocol no.?much thanks for your response sir..TIA

its udp 1513 and tcp 6112... port forward mo sa router then sa advanced settings ng garena before logging in, ilagay mo din dun... enable mo na rin yung PnP on router and garena...
+1 mo na lang yung port to portforward another computer... ex pc1 udp 1513 tcp 6112
    pc2 udp 1514 tcp 6113
though... pag maraming pc and hindi kasya sa portforwarding ng router mo, (most routers limited lang eh)... kahit yung udp na lang ang iportforward mo... yung tcp kasi is for logging in and rooms lang... the actual game packets is on udp (1513).

    ^^Closed yung port?

Didi you try testing the open port while the game is loaded (not just GArena)?

Can you describe how your network is set-up?

Baka naman naka-router mode din ang modem mo? Ideally, naka-bridge dapat siya, and thus you only need to port forward once doon sa router mo.

Ngapala, i-off mo rin torrents mo kung naglalaro ka para iwas lag.

naka bridge mode po yung modem..maganda naman yung ping ko kahit naka on or off yung torrent..
