frustrated abenson commonwealth customer

    my wife bought mp3 zen style 300
    the sales agent says we have
    7days replacement
    1 year service warranty

    tapos within the day nag malfunction yung unit

    we call branch for complaint
    ang sabi eh 24 hours lang daw ang replacement warranty (misleading info)
    so we have time left because it is not 24hours late
    sbi nila noted na daw yung tawag namin. (pero wtf!! 1 day replacement warranty?)

    my wife send the item back
    they test using mp3 charger(di namin alam kung anung charger yon)
    no replacement daw they want repair na lang kasi gumawa daw
    sbi nila, charger daw talaga dapat ng gamitin doon.
    which is false kasi sa creative site
    they recommend to charge it on computer so hindi alam ng agent yung sinasabi nya

    they have the guts to recommend other brand for charger which is cd r king
    so i guess i better try it on cd r king

    the tech from cd r king refuse to provide charger because the information on the mp4 manual is insufficient
    good thing kasi magaling yung tech. hindi nya ni-risk yung company and yung name nya.

    we try it on cdr king computer kaso may problema, nag rerebuild ng ng rerebuild. tapos
    pag safely remove namin, pg nag play ka ng kanta. maghang na yung screen. (stack up)
    3 times naulit yon. so yung item eh binalik ulit ng misis ko.
    bumalik misis ko sa abenson para makita nila na naghang yung unit

    tapos ayaw pa rin i-replace
    ang sabi eh baka daw puno na yung mp4 which is haka haka nya. 4gb ang unit and we only used 400mb
    pinapirma misis ko nung agent na repair na lang kasi wala na daw ibang option

    sa sobrng bwisit ko, ako mismo na tumawag sa abenson customer care.(hirp hanapin ng contct info nila)
    ok naman yung usap namin nung csr ng abenson, medyo nawala yung badtrip ko kasi she handled me well.
    sya din ng taka kung bakit di ni replace yung unit? (wtf!!!) ibig sbihin matindi ang modus ng mga
    hinayupak na taga abenson commonwealth
    so, we talk about the issue, tapos she said that i should insist pa din na palitan yung unit.
    (medyo nahimasmasan ako)
    they transfered me at electro world kasi yun daw ang naghahandled ng electonic devices from abenson
    nung nakausap ko yung agent, kumulo nanaman ang dugo ko sa mga taga "ABENSON COMMONWEALTH"
    dapat daw nung tumawag kami nung 17 dapat daw eh inissue na sa kanila agad n merong problem with our unit.
    so, wtf!! anu un? sila gumagawa ng unit namin?
    nalaman ko na inissue nila yung unit feb 23 pa!!!?!?
    wtf!!!! anu nangyare dun sa buong araw ng 22!?!?!
    so ok naman yung usap namin nung agent sa electro world.
    they will contact daw after a week.. wtf ulit!!!! sabi ng abenson eh 2 months daw!!!!
    uminit nanaman ulo ko. anung ggaawin nila sa unit within 2 months time?? gagamitin nila??

    dapat derecho ako sa dti about dun sa nangyare, mag fill up dapat ako ng report.
    pero syempre dahil meron tayong manner tumawag p din ko sa kanila para ipaalam na pag wala sila ginawang action sa unit eh dun na talaga ito dederecho
    sobrng badtrip ko sa abenson commonwealth
    gusto ko sampulan tong mga hinayupak na sales agent na ito.
    take note pa pala. electro world handles everything na magkroon ng sira sa mga unit ng benson.
    wtf!!! sinu ung nag check ng unit doon? sales agent din!?
    if ever n magkaroon ako ng idea kung panu didisiplinahin tong mga hinayupak na agent ng abenson commonwealth ggawin ko.
    medyo sablay lang eh, ang electro world pala eh para lang sa unit and hindi sila nag fifix ng mga defective n tao ng abenson.
    about dun sa customer support ng abenson eh ok tsaka electro world.
    at least kahit ppano naliwangan ako.
    pero di pa ako tapos. yayariin ko yang mga taga benson commonwealth na yan.
    i shall return..

    inireport ko na sir kanina, gusto ko dumerekta sa mismong head office as in sup call agad ng abenson head office. pagtatakpn lang ito ng branch sup or manager nila ehh.. kya i better try talaga dun sa msmong head office. kaso wala silang hotline patungkol dun sa issue n ito.

    may consumer protection law tayo na guarunteed a replacement.. di pwede ang no return no exchange policy.. its against the law..

    since less than a week yan.. you have the full protection of the law.. call dti agad..

    saka dapat hindi sales agent na hahawak nung after sales.. dapat may customer service sila mismo sa branch...

    nung nagsoli ako ng aircon dati sa sm appliance dun ako dumiretso sa manager nila eh... ayun pinalitan agad the same day...

    don't buy sa abenson commonwealth next time kung hindi nila papalitan yang item mo...

    tanong ko lang, wala kasi ako alam sa ganyan eh...

    me commission ang sales agent pag nakabenta sila diba?
    pag ba merong return eh mababawas o isosoli nila yung commission nila dun sa item, tama ba?

    kung tama, baka pinapaikot ka lang ng sales agents para di masoli commission niya...

    o mali assumption ko? hehe...

    dapat di mo na pinatagal ng ganyan kung alam mong me defect na yung unit.
    kung 1st day nde naging successful, then dapat the next day, hinanap mo na yung manager nila or yung head nila.

    pero it seems na pinapaikot-ikot ka lang nila. dapat i-report mo na sa DTI yan. or you can "threaten" them na you'll a complaint sa DTI kung wala silang gagawing action.

    2 months replacement and 1-2 days mo pa lang nagagamit eh nde tama. dapat outright replacement na agad yun.

    salamat sa mga nag reply.. nakontak ko na ung head nila. i just give the name nung sales agent na nakalagay sa receipt. hehehe.. sabi ko gusto ko makita yung resulta ng pagrereklamo ko. baka kako mawalan ng saysay nanaman. well, kahit papano lumuwag na yung saloobin ko hehehe. pero as of now wala pa feedback mula sa abenson.. mukhang ayaw na kame tawagan ng sales agent na yun hahaha. di pa ako tapos, hehehe, yayariin ko din yung manager and sup pag walang action na ginawa.. bwahahaha.. di ko na pinadaan sa dti. masyado kasing brutal pag ka ganoon. di kaya ng kunsensya ko. ok na yung masuspinde yung sales agent tsaka supervisor. wag lang materminate.. kawawa naman eh. gusto ko lang naman sampulan sila para madala ang mga loko. di pa dn tapos yung issue, waiting for reponse pa.

    @dyodyowel - yeah.. ngayun lang ako naka experience ng ganto ka garapal na mga sales agent. piniglan ako ng asawa ko na pumunta dun kasi sigurado magkakaroon ako ng kaso. multiple physical injury tsaka homicide hahaha.. biro lang.. grabe naman kasi sila gumarapal ng customer. di na ako bibili ulit sa abenson. direct shops na lang or sm appliances. buti na lang mabait esmi ko kung hindi nako...

    @duh.dong - yup, ang mali din kasi namin eh pumetiks kami. ngayun lang kasi ako naka experience ng ganyan.. mas mabuti pa nga bumili sa cdr king. pag nasira palit agad. wala ng maraming satsat. nasabi ko na din sa kanila yan nung tumawag ako sa customer support nila. ang malupet pa dun eh yung mga customer support pa nag suggest sa akin na iinsist pa din yung replacement sa branch. kahit yung sup ng electro world eh kampi din sa akn. kaya nasabi ko n lang eh. "hhaaayyy.. kampihan nga naman ng mga branch.. kung kausapin ko yung manager or sup ng abenson commonwealth malamang wala ding mangyre ehh.. pinaagtatakpan kasi" by the time na dumating yung result dun ko malalaman kung tatwag ako sa dti or hindi. update ko ulit itong thread hanggang sa matapos tong issue na to.. salamat sa lahat :))

    may quota mga yan, pag pumasok sa quota may commission sila, yung ang pagkakaintindi ko kea ganean ginawa nila seo, kea report na mga yan! >.<

    Ay naku! halos same experience din nangyari samin ng friend ko,sa ABEA nman (division of abenson) at waltermart e.rod. qc branch nla.The sales staffs there are very arrogant and dont know the proper and good customer service.We were suppose to buy sofa and bed but ended up to other furniture store because of the arrogance and lack of good customer service of abea abenson.Luckily,we were able to get the saleslady''s name,,IRENE GOMEZ..she was one of the two sales staffs there who ignored and took us for granted w/arrogance(we were'nt able to get the guy's name)kaya guys,my advice to u is,,just look for other stores w/c will render good customer service instead of going and intending to buy from ABENSON specifically from ABENSON ABEA E.ROD.QC BRANCH. YOU'LL DEFINITELY JUST WASTE UR TIME THERE! MGA SALES STAFFS TALO PA ME ARI KNG UMASTA!! kaya wala asenso. POOR ABENSON'S OWNERS..THEIR COMPANIES SUFFFER FROM SALES LOSSES DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE RUDE STAFFS!!!
     



  15. We bought an Electrolux ETB2100PE at Avant trinoma Abenson branch,
    last Thursday June 19, 2014. Though they don't have the unit available
    in their stock but they do have units stock in their warehouse at pasig.
    So we didn't have the opportunity to check the unit and through good
    faith and assurance from the salesman of abenson that a brand new unit
    will be delivered on Saturday June 21, 2014 afternoon. They delivered
    the unit to our home, we checked the unit for scratches and unusual
    things that can be seen visually since we were advised not to turn the
    ref. on only after 8hrs, we thought that all is ok, so we signed the
    received copy and let the delivery guys on their way. But unfortunately
    after they had left my wife was cleaning the inner walls of the fridge
    behind vegetable crisper bin, she felt a big unusual bump on it, she
    called me to inspect the problem. Using a flashlight, I saw what is like
    something hot melted the plastic wall behind the vegetable bin then it
    hardened leaving an inflated impression and small lumps and bumps. I
    immediately called the abenson hotline to inform about the problem. They
    said that Sorry we cant address the problem at the moment due to the
    cut-off time (5p.m.) and will gona fix it tomorrow and the unit will
    replaced on Monday June 23, 2014. Well this is a problem because in good
    faith we were expecting a brand new no hassle refrigerator delivered
    because the unit wasn't available to be inspected before delivery, well
    according to our laws that the seller must ensure that the product has
    no hidden defect or damage.Because of this I'm not happy about this
    unfortunate experiences and I'm not looking forward to buy there again
    in the near future.
