    Attached is the Optimum Setting with the help of JOSEKYM

    pldtdsl plan 3000 excel (5Mbps/1Mbps)
    Location: Quezon City near Eco Park

    PCR: (Download Speed in Kbps / 424 bits per cell) x 1000 = ___ cells per sec (CPS).
    SCR: PCR/2
    Q0S: VBR
    Result: A lot stable speed
