    may problema po ba ang pldt today? di ko ma access yung modem using adminpldt username? pls help.. thank you

    AFAIK, default modem UN and PW are. UN:Admin PW:admin or 1234

    walang problema sa pldt marahil kontrolado nila ang modem mo for security purposes.

    mabubuksan mo parin iyan, try mo i-hardreset and access adminpldt again.

    Hi! What if pinalitan nila yung password nung adminpldt tapos hindi na nila maalala? Ano po kaya ang pwedeng gawin?

    But when I called PLDT customer service the agent said that hard reset will not reset the adminpldt password to default. My fear is if it wouldn't, the wireless function of the router will turn off (which happened before) and we wouldn't be able to change the settings anymore. If this happens, can we connect another wireless router to the router? Thanks!
