      Gud Day Sir Deeza... ask ko lang po kung totoo na ung pfsense na 2.0.1 ay pwedeng gamitin sa ISP na same gateway? Kung pwede, paano po ung proceedure? Newbie lang po ako dito. May problem kasi ako sa pfsense 1.2.3 , ayaw wlang internet pero nag aaccess ko ung webgui ng pfsense.

      good day po master deeza.....nakita ko ang mga post mo about pfsense. madami ang followers mo. may tanong po ako. ano po ang magiging configuration ng pf box ko kung ganito ang setup..... pldt wifi modem/router-----pfsense box-------switch. ang IP ng router ay 192.168.1.1. Static connection.

      ano po ang ilalagay kung configuration sa mga sumusunod inside the pfsense box?

      WAN?
      LAN?

        as of now, i am checking with pf 1.2.2 hindi pa nya supported based on the screen shots I think with pf 1.2.3 and higher version of pf. i have created aliases on pf 1.2.2 but on the traffic shaper i only have rules, queues hindi ako makagawa ng limiter is there anyway na makagawa ako ng sariling limiter using 1.2.2?

      sir deeza nag kakaroon po kami nang kunting problemsa sa pfsence kc po malaki ang ping namin at pag madami na gumagamit nang net na client. nag ti-time ang pfsence namin at humahaba ang ping. meron po kaming 69 units kasamana dalwa server. at 4.5mbps po connection namin sir. meron paba solution d2? at isa pa po med napansin namin sir na tuwing mag speedtest kami matagal mag response nang mtter nya. parang nag log.

        gumagana ba ang caching ni lusca sa network nyo? check nyo mga client pc baka naman may mga nag totorent etch.

        also check pfsense+lusca-cache thread may nag post dun ng bandwitdh limit. hindi ko na alam kung anong page yun paki hukay na lang.

      Now that is more interesting. So it is possible to use an outdoor AP, like this http://ubnt.com/bullet , link it to pfsense running the following services , lusca, freeradius for user authentication & control, open VPN, and a captive portal. This is what i need to learn. do you have any links or ideas on how this is done?

      I see. thanks for your reply. I was thinking that pfsense can handle an outdoor AP with its freeraduis server and openvp services. Perhaps i'm wrong about this. so pfsense can only handle clients if it has an internal wifi card, not an external AP that might be more powerful in creating hotspots.
